Caldwell Estate is located in Lugton East Renfrewshire. It contains the ruins of several buildings including Caldwell House. Many of the buildings are in a dangerous condition.
Caldwell House was laterally used as a childrens home prior to being formally closed in the 90's. The building is now abandoned and a ruin. There is evidence of fire damage and vandalism. Externally there are several areas that would have been used as play areas for children from the home.
