Abandoned ships at Bowling Harbour
A look around what was once a site for shipbuilding and repair on the banks of the River Clyde in Scotland. Bowling Harbour was once an important site of industry, but it is now an industrial wasteland.
Shipbuilding can be traced back as far as the late 1700s at Bowling. Today, all that remains are a number of wrecks in the Bowling ship graveyard and what is left of the pier known as Frisky Wharf. It is an interesting look at what remains of this once-thriving location.
